Sunset Ocean Meditation & Laughing Medicine Circle

Did you know that laughter has immense natural medicinal powers, all sourced from within ourselves?

Not  only does it create authentic human connections and draws people closer  in a super fun way, but it also instantly releases dopamine and  positive neurotransmitters, strengthens the immune and parasympathetic  nervous system, rejuvenates and detoxifies the lungs, has a  physiological counter-active effect on stress and significantly  increases the brain's cognition ability, sense of mood and ability to  function effectively.

In  these shifting and potent times, it is more important then ever to  practice tapping into this natural source of joy that we have deep  inside us from birth.

Babies laugh and giggle before they speak, before they understand complex language. They laugh and are happy without a reason.

Here  we will relax by our private beach through meditation and learn  practices to connect in a lighthearted way and bring more laughter and  fun into our daily lives by activating our laughter instincts and  abilities without having any reason at all.
